Description:

Dracaena Draco, commonly known as the Dragon Tree, is a striking, slow-growing succulent tree native to the Canary Islands, Madeira, and parts of North Africa. Renowned for its thick, upright trunk and sword-like, arching leaves, it adds a dramatic and architectural presence to any indoor or outdoor space. Its distinctive umbrella-like canopy and striking silhouette make it a popular choice for modern interiors and tropical-themed gardens.

Dracaena Draco is admired for its resilience and low-maintenance nature. While it may eventually produce striking red flowers and a red resin known as "dragon’s blood," its sculptural foliage remains the main attraction. This plant’s bold form and unique texture provide a focal point in living rooms, offices, or patios.

Plant Care:

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate some direct sunlight. Prefers a spot with plenty of filtered natural light.

Water: Allow the top 2–3 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Water moderately and reduce watering during the winter months to avoid root rot.

Soil: Prefers well-draining soil, such as a cactus or succulent mix with added perlite or sand to improve drainage.

Humidity: Tolerant of average indoor humidity but appreciates occasional misting in very dry conditions.

Fertilizer: Feed monthly during the growing season with a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer.

Disclaimer:
Our plants are supplied in nursery pots. The listed size includes the height of the plant along with the pot. As a living product, natural variations in size, shape, or fullness may occur depending on the season and growth stage.
