Damaged Plant Replacement

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Send photos of the damaged plant to hello@planty.ae
  3. Our team will review your case within 24 hours
  4. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Refund Process

Once your return or refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund processed within 5–7 business days
  • Apple Pay: Refund processed within 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
