Damaged Plant Replacement
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send photos of the damaged plant to hello@planty.ae
- Our team will review your case within 24 hours
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
Refund Process
Once your return or refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund processed within 5–7 business days
- Apple Pay: Refund processed within 3–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
