🚚 Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all areas across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we're working on it!

📦 How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days across the UAE. Express next-day delivery is available for select areas. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

🌱 How do I care for my new plant?

Every plant ships with a detailed care guide including watering frequency, light requirements, and tips specific to the UAE climate. You can also reach out to our team for personalized care advice anytime.

🔄 What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day freshness guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted gateway.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UAE only. We're exploring international shipping options and will announce when it becomes available. Follow us on social media for updates!

💰 Is delivery free?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders over AED 200. Orders under AED 200 have a small delivery fee that varies by location.
